Stepping In: The Early Years

The focus of the InsideOut program in the early years is on students developing their social and emotional intelligence.

The students are taught the basics of:

• Character strengths,
• how to express themselves using words, and
• how to identify and understand their emotions.

This helps them learn to navigate challenges at home, school, and with friends or on their own.
