Path of Hope Partnership
Perth College has been a partner in the Path of Hope initiative between Rotary and the Salvation Army since 2015. Year 11 students visit a Salvation Army women’s centre each week to spend time with children who have experienced family and domestic violence. Acting as mentors, our girls spend an hour or two playing games, helping with homework or simply listening and showing that someone cares. Path of Hope is keen to replicate this initiative around the world; this video shows the impact it has not only on the children but the Perth College girls as well.
