This mid-year bursary is offered to new students entering the School in Years 9, 10 or 11 who may otherwise not be able to afford to attend Perth College.
It will offer part-remission of fees (tuition/boarding) for the duration of a student’s schooling; girls will be tested and selected mid-year preceding the year of entry.
This academic/general excellence bursary is based on the assessment of each application with a bias towards the range of an applicant’s achievements:
Demonstrated strong academic performance across the curriculum. Past school reports and results in NAPLAN and any other competitions or tests may be considered. Students are expected to sit an Academic Assessment Examination in August.
Demonstrated outstanding involvement and continuous, positive participation in a range of co-curricular activities. Students will generally have a special talent in one area of activity, such as sport, music, dance, drama or art.
Evidence of participation in gifted and talented programmes, enrichment programmes, leadership positions and community service as well as outstanding individual accomplishments.
Please complete the application process by clicking on the relevant link below. The deadline for completion is Friday 3 August 2018. Testing at Perth College will take place on Saturday 11 August 2018.
