2019 Mid-Year Academic Scholarships

  • Joan and George Lefroy General Excellence Scholarship

Scholarship to change a student’s life

Perth College is giving girls who are currently in Years 9 and 10 an exciting opportunity to attend the School.

Students from across Western Australia who are not already enrolled at Perth College are invited to apply for the Joan and George Lefroy General Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship will be offered in 2018 to a day girl or boarder commencing at the School in Years 10 or 11 in 2019.

Applications are open to students who demonstrate academic ability and general excellence across a range of areas, but would not be able to attend Perth College for financial reasons. Personal qualities and interests will also be taken into consideration.

The scholarship is named after an Old Girl, Joan Lefroy, and her husband, George, in recognition of their strong family connection to the School and the couple’s philanthropy to Perth College.

This is a wonderful chance to join a long list of scholarship recipients and Perth College graduates who have gone on to make a difference in the world as confident, independent and determined young women.
