ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – HUB
Perth College is looking to fill a vacancy in our student services administration team, known as the HUB. This is a full-time position commencing in 2018.
Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is able to manage multiple tasks and prides themselves on their attention to detail and organisation. The Hub is a co-operative, committed and caring group of professionals who provide curriculum and pastoral support to the students in the Senior School.
You will be responsible for running the Absentee system for the Senior School and compiling the Daily Bulletin. Other administrative duties include updating our student database, managing student lost property and distribution of internal and external correspondence.
Your ability to relate to students and work well with staff, students, parents and the community will be integral to this role. As will, advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Office and database management experience. All roles at Perth College require the proven ability to multitask, organise and prioritise a diverse workload.
Experience in undertaking an administration support role in the education sector would be considered highly advantageous as would candidates who have more than five years’ experience working as an administration assistant.
It is expected that employees will support the Christian ethos of the school and all school rules and regulations.
