Perth College is looking to fill a vacancy in our student services administration team, known as the Hub.

Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is able to manage multiple tasks and prides themselves on their attention to detail and organisation. The Hub is a co-operative, committed and caring group of professionals who provide curriculum and pastoral support to the students in the Senior School.

Your main responsibility will be the interface between the Senior School, students and parents. Other key duties include responsibility for running the absentee system for the Senior School and co-ordinating the administrative aspects of our Senior School covers and relief process. This will require the successful candidate to commence work at 7.30 am each morning.

Additional administrative duties include updating our student database, managing student lost property and distribution of internal and external correspondence.

Your ability to relate to students and work well with staff, students, parents and the community will be integral to this role. As will, advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Office and database management experience. All roles at Perth College require the proven ability to multitask, organise and prioritise a diverse workload.

Experience in undertaking an administration support role in the education sector would be considered highly advantageous.
