Perth College Junior School consists of classes from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. A dynamic, experienced and professional group of staff work collaboratively in a nurturing environment to provide an enriching and challenging program for Perth College Junior School students.

We are seeking an innovative, dynamic Junior School teacher who has the capacity to be flexible and adaptable to undertake a 0.6 FTE part-time contract supporting our Years 3 to Years 6 classrooms.

This part-time 0.6 FTE position will commence as soon as possible and will be a contract position for the rest of the 2022 School.

To be successful in this role you need to be eligible for full registration with the TRBWA, able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the classroom and have a thorough understanding of and experience in teaching the West Australian curriculum across Years 3 to 6.

Skills in integrating technology across the curriculum, and experience in the classroom using ICT are also required. Some knowledge of Visible Learning research, principles and practices is desirable as is an understanding of the AITSL teaching standards, STEM and Positive Psychology principles.

All Perth College teachers are involved in co-curricular activities and there are a variety of programs in which the teacher could be involved.
