At Perth College, the Humanities and Social Sciences Department encompasses Accounting and Finance, Business Management and Enterprise, Economics, Geography, Modern History, and Politics and Law. A dynamic, experienced and capable group of staff make up the department, who work closely together to provide an enriching and challenging academic program for Perth College students.

This is a full-time role for 2022.

We are seeking an innovative, passionate graduate Humanities and Social Sciences teacher who has demonstrated student-focused ability to teach the Accounting and Finance and General Business Management and Enterprise.

Whilst the ability to teach to WACE level will be highly regarded, we are open to mentoring new graduates who have subject expertise in this field, for the right candidate.

The successful applicant must be able to foster collaborative relationships, sharing expertise and resources to enthuse and inspire students through a range of teaching practices, including the integration of technology in the classroom.

The School has an expectation that all staff will play an active role in pastoral care and co-curricular activities.
