Perth College Junior School consists of classes from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. A dynamic, experienced and professional group of staff work collaboratively in a nurturing environment to provide an enriching and challenging program for Perth College Junior School students.

We are seeking an innovative, dynamic Early Childhood teacher who has the capacity to be flexible and adaptable to undertake a 0.4 FTE part-time contract supporting our Pre-Kindergarten to Year 2 classrooms.

This part-time 0.4 FTE position will commence as soon as possible and will be a contract position for the rest of the 2022 School.

If you have a passion for Early Childhood and love developing young minds, then this opportunity would suit you. A warm and personable approach to engaging with the Perth College community is key to success in this position.

Skills in integrating technology across the curriculum, and experience in the classroom using ICT are also required. Some knowledge of Visible Learning research, principles and practices is desirable as is an understanding of the AITSL teaching standards, STEM and Positive Psychology principles.

All Perth College teachers are involved in co-curricular activities and there are a variety of programs in which the teacher could be involved.

In line with WA Government Health Directions and Public Health orders, the successful candidate will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the beginning of Term 1 2022 and as such will need to provide evidence of their COVID-19 Vaccination status prior to commencement.
