PCNA

PCNAThe Perth College Netball Academy (PCNA) is the largest school based club in the State. Although participation is only open to Perth College students, we have over 300 girls participating from Years 2 – 12.

There is an opportunity for participation at all levels of the Netball WA pathway. The structure consists of an overall Co-ordinator, a Sub-Junior Co-ordinator and a Junior Co-ordinator. Every team has a Coach, who is well supported by the relevant Co-ordinator and other specialists.

Our coaching team is made up of Old Girls, parents and the wider community, with our Senior School students from Year 10 onwards also gaining coaching opportunities. A key to the success of the coaching programme is the access to courses and mentoring experiences through the PCNA.

The PCNA is required to provide an umpire each week, offering numerous opportunities for interested students from Years 7 – 12 to umpire the weekly matches. Umpiring development courses are offered and an Umpiring Co-ordinator supports the girls.

The club adheres to a strict Code of Behaviour, which complement the Codes of Behaviour for parents, coaches, umpires and players. Please click here to view the PCNA Codes of Behaviour.

We welcome involvement from our community. Please contact Anne Green using the form below or phone (08) 9471 2100 to find out how you can get involved.
